This was an incredibly wonderful trip. It was well planned, we were well taken care of by the guides and all hotel employees. The hotels were wonderful. The experience of climbing Machu Picchu, and then "visiting with" the giant tortoises, blue and red footed boobies, the lazy sea lions is indescribable.

The trip was outstanding. Machu Picchu and the Galapagos were magnificent. Ecuador was also very interesting. I am so glad I used Alexander & Roberts as the trip was very detailed with the internal flights, train tickets, park passes, and special things we needed to do at the airport etc. that were all taken care of by Alexander & Roberts which made it very easy and stress free. If I had to do that on my own it would have added much stress during the trip and I might have missed one of the details that I would have needed to do. Overall the service was excellent. The hotels were top quality and the guides were all very knowledgeable and helpful. The fact that we were a small group also made it much more pleasant of a trip.

Delighted by the high quality accommodations; the small size of our group; and the effort made by company reps to take care of us during a political crisis. Our guide for Nazca Lines & Peru, Sheila Dulanto, was fantastic. Also liked the small ship, La Pinta, for the islands. Their staff and their food was great.
