Very interesting itinerary! Super hotels! Super service!
Amazing tour guides and drivers! Our guide in India was Giriraj Singh and our driver was Dinish. Our tour guide in Nepal was Avash and our driver was Dipak.
Both guides are incredibly knowledgeable, provided us with so much interesting information and were able to arrange our tour in a very pleasant and comfortable way.
It is a huge advantage to have such experienced and professional tour guides and just a very pleasant people on your tour.
In addition, we are very please with a tour management in India who provided us with incredible service. I am taking about Mr. Binay Gupta and Mr. Ratnesh Pandey.
We arrived from Nepal to Delhi airport oat 6 pm and found out that out evening flight back to USA scheduled for 11:50 pm was cancelled and was changed for next morning. Hotel at airport was booked and we did not know where to spend a night. We called at 6 pm emergency phone# provided in our Alexander+Roberts brochure asking for help and Mr. Binay Gupta answered immediately and arranged that Mr. Ratnesh Pandey came with a car to pick us up in 30 minutes (!) from the airport and drove us to the hotel nearby where he stayed with us until we received a room. He also came to the hotel with a car next morning to drive us to the airport and stayed with us until we pass a security. It is incredible service! We are asking Alexander+Roberts to recognize this!
