I have traveled the world over and bar none this was the BEST trip I have ever had. Every day was a once in a lifetime experience. I thought the Animal Safari at Kruger would the high point but the way the trip was structured so that everything was equally phenomenal. It was a combination of the group size, the top-notch trip guides, A++ accommodations, food, and the one on one experiences with nature. I also appreciated learning. of the culture, environment, animals and yes ....flora. Thanks to the stellar guides in place, all have an incredible appreciation of nature and utmost respect for the animals inhabiting an environment that is not destructive to them (We never saw animals in forced conditions which I know other Safari companies and resorts offer) Lastly, one of the highlights was going to the Grootbos Private Reserve. ..And frankly the one I was not as excited about...WOW!!!! Besides the beautiful Flora, beachside dining while whale watching, , and the Marine BIg 5..... Foodies out there nothing compares...

The camps we visited were very different. The small group size was a big plus - we had a good group. The staff at each of the camps were wonderful.

Toka Leya Camp, Tintswalo Safari Lodge & Groothbos Private Nature Reserve all left me speechless! The experiences at each lodge was different, and I shall long remember them. The care and attention by the warm staff was amazing. The meals totally outstanding, and I am looking forward to duplicating the soup recipe's that I requested from the chef's at the three lodges. The Cape Grace Hotel was beautiful located in a great location in Cape Town. The people that I have met throughout this trip have left a huge wonderful mark both in my mind, and in my heart, I shall miss them!What can I say about the animals, except they are magnificent, and a wonderful experience to see them in their own home!
