Everything was wonderful from the plane flights, to the private guides and the hotels. Crina who helped arrange this private tour was amazing. She always was responsive to my phone calls and emails. She is definitely a great person to arrange a private tour with Alexander and Roberts. We also did a group tour with this company to Peru. This is a great company!

Sally our guide in Australia was extremely efficient and very knowledgeable. If she didn't have the answer she would quickly find out! Her previous travels were extensive and showed by what she would think of ahead of time before it would happen. John our guide in New Zealand was a wealth of information and very efficient getting things done. He had the foresight for getting things to go so much smoother.
