It was important to do my own research and book additional tickets from home for some of the sites since this was a hosted city tour only. In addition, in London, The Original Bus Tour came with a complimentary (i.e., free) voucher for the City Cruise riverboat, which was not advertised by General Tours, but was a welcome bonus! :)

I appreciated that there was a number for me to call if there was a problem. Upon arriving in Paris at Gare du Nord, our driver was not there. I had to call the number, and the (English-speaking) woman who answered was very helpfu. My complaints are minor. We thought everything went very smoothly, and we were treated extremely well whenever and where ever we showed our various General Tours vouchers. Thank you.
